- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bait and switch would be about the best description I could use here. I retained Mr. Porter and reviewed my case with him....last minute substitute.... Mr. Edgar. I was even billed for a ficticous "court appearance" and had to file a complaint with the Calif. BAR Association to get it cleared. Mr. Edgar also said bills for travel time to and from meetings at $250.00 / hr....? Total bill after corrections $2,500.00 for a settlement conference less than 2 hours. Immediately after the settlement conference....Mr. Edgar asked my X-wives attorney for a date. He was bluntly refused. My question to Mr. Edgar is, did you really expect a professional like C.B to accept the offer of a self made looser?By Terry Rowan, October 24, 2016
