- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well, if you need a friendly and understanding person, this gal is not the one for you! Phone demeanor was was curt and snotty. She seemed very unwilling to answer anything about what was presented to her and did not offer a potential referral to someone that could potentially help.
