- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★You would never expect to walk into a lawyer's office to file bankruptcy and a year later have a check for $250,000 payable to YOU and all a lot of your debts forgiven, would you? Well, that's exactly what happened to me when I went in and talked to Ivan and Nancy about bankruptcy. My creditors were calling me on my cell phone several times a day and, as it turns out, they can't do that so we sued them. We still have other lawsuits pending. Ivan is a top notch attorney. After many months of being led on, and having to call them over and over again to get them to return my calls, I was told I didn't qualify. I almost lost my house because of them.
