I went to refinance my car and everything went well, a month later it turns out that the banker that had helped me did not send the payoff amount to the correct address, therefore I was charged a late and interest fee from my car company, so I had to pay that off,Even though I had nothing to do with it. Will not be going to that bank anymore. Did not like the service. They were not helpful at all. Very disappointed!!!By Ignacio Robles, November 15, 2016
