- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've finally had it. Will be changing banks just as soon as I can complete the transition process. The bank has made its online banking unavailable for more than a week now. They suggest we just go to a local ATM. Clearly they don't comprehend how some/many of its customers use online banking. While they're changing to a newer system and tell me I should be happy, they had the option to provide provisional service for us during the change and obviously chose not to and just leave us out in the cold. I've been with them a long time but have never received service that made me glad I was there. 'Acceptable' was the grade I'd have given them heretofore but this recent move is the last straw. Good-by First Citizens and thank you for finally doing something that provided me the energy to overcome my inertia and put myself in a better situation in another bank.By Mark Wedel, May 31, 2017
