  Horrible State Farm office. I switched to a different State Farm office and I saved a lot more money. I also received a refund check because that office overcharged me and they didn't provided me with all the discounts I was qualified for. Do your self a favor and reach out to other State Farm offices just to make sure.

  Elizabeth and Crystal are great! I was in an accident early November of last year, Crystal made it so easy to get the process going almost immediately. There were a couple of set backs with the State Farm customer service reps but they made it all better! Once in the office we were on the phone and it was settled-on my end at least. For anyone with experience in customer service and retail during the Holidays it greatly appreciated when you're being assisted and taken care of. Outside of the accident their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend you see them for all your insurance needs!

  9/10 no one will answer your call. Emails are always ignored, getting what you need is like pulling your own nails out from this staff
