  I had scheduled an appointment to update my drivers licence, I was greeted by a very rude women, that insisted that I didn't have all the needed paperwork (which I had called first to verify everything I would need), I basically had to beg her for a waiting number to talk to the main office workers. Once given the waiting number I was given some paperwork to fill out, after waiting 45 minutes and filling out the paperwork, I was finally called up to another very rude women, which had said "fill out the missing information on the page" and go back to waiting in line once filled out, I head back and see that I had simply forgot to check off a box, indicating if I wanted to change my voting information (which wasn't even related to why I was at the DMV). I once again wait in the long line to get to the front of the line, This time I was greeted by a different women, who said I had all the information I needed and was gave me a waiting ticket, I waited for another 15 minutes until my number was called, Once Called up again I was thankful enough to get Jeff who was in a great mood unlike the first two people I talked to, Jeff got all my paperwork handled within 2 minutes of my time and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks to Jeff I left the DMV feeling like I was treated great even though everyone else was so rude. If everyone at the DMV Stopped being so rude and acted like Jeff, The DMV experience would be very enjoyable.

  What an experience visiting this place if you need to take the written test is so noisy how in the world can you read and think dont they know that whenever one takes a test needs quiet time. Who ever design it need to be promoted to Director!

  I've been here since 8 am ...got done with the line and my ticket which read 9:23 And it's 10:33 And I have another 15 people in front of me ....i should have brought a sleeping bag looks like I'll be spending the night possibly ....horrible government facility who can't call in extra work??? Not what us tax payers should be paying for

  Well,.....there are things I like about this place are....the line is Not 1 long line. There's 2 lines and it makes it a little easier compared to other DMV offices. There's 1 long A** line! The other one I liked is there's not too many people. One last thing is there's easy to a parking spot.

  I had to get a new handicap parking placard and it wasn't that busy. I got out of there in 15-20 minutes. I was very pleased with the overall experience. They upgraded the inside since I've been there (3 years). The employees are extremely nice if you treat them like a human. Also helps if you don't get mad at the for things they can't control. There was no trash or anything laying around, bathrooms were clean. And I actually got a parking spot easily! There were several spots available. Make sure to look at the busy times here on maps, it helps tremendously!
