- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Two stars because of the simple fact this place did not go out with me to inspect and verify that my trailer was legit and safe. Every U-haul place NO MATTER where I've been comes out with me to inspect the equipment for SAFETY precautions. This owner didn't do either picking nor dropping off. This is a HUGE mistake on his behalf and bad representation of U-haul. This store is very messy compared to the one down my street. The ONLY reason why I came here is because they were the fasted location to me with the trailer I needed. Regardless how sharp you dress and how many smiles you give, your ACTIONS speak louder. I will never return here and in my opinion this owner needs to be audit by U-haul. This place tries to sell more things than a swap meet offers. Bad for business.
