  This rating is based on Joe's ability to conduct business in a professional or family value's manor. How can we trust a person who has little or no family values with our money. Joe's father in law lives 1/4 mile away from him. Yet neither he or my sister has visited in years. Not even a phone call from Joe's wife. My dad's only daughter or any of Joe's kids. That's sad. He borrowed money from my dad years ago. My dad was told that he would get that money back. To this day no money has been repaid. Not calling to see how this 82 year old man is doing with his crippled son is the worst of all. If you don't have the integrity to visit or even contact your elder father in law than how good can you be. I would never invest my hard earned money with that type of company. Thank you.
