  Horrible customer service! Gave worker a check that should have been cashed. Teller wouldn't cash check because I had corrected the date (initialed the mistake). There were plenty of funds to cover the amount. Had to go to my branch and get cash to replace the check. It's always a hassle at this location. Tried to call to speak to manager for over a hour - kept looping. They need to get their act together at this branch.

  Horrible! I was there on Tuesday and just in the short time I was in this branch I observed 3 other people walking out upset and unsatisfied. I have never in my 11 years of banking with BofA witnessed such poor customer service. The Business Banker that I worked with frustrated me so much that I just ended up taking the reasonably sized check that I wanted to deposit into a new simple savings account back - and myself walked out. My request was so easy. Open me a new savings and put the check into it. I wouldn't think anyone could make something so easy so hard, but she did. Over the years I have had minor issues here and there, but this experience topped it all. Complete incompetence. I am moving my all my banking to Chase. I went there yesterday and opened new accounts, it was easy and professional! Apparently I have put this move off way too long!
